Embroidery 101 - DESIGN A COTTON TOTE
Embroidery is one of the oldest and most enduring folk traditions, and in this hands-on workshop, you’ll learn how approachable and enjoyable it can be. Select from a variety of patterns to design your own custom cotton tote, then learn essential embroidery skills as you stitch. We’ll cover foundational techniques such as transferring designs, building confidence with needle and thread, and working a variety of stitches—including split stitch, blanket stitch, french knot, and fill stitches for creating texture and gradients.
