Cutting Board Care - The cutting board you have purchased has been treated with FOOD SAFE mineral oil. Please do not put your cutting board in the dishwasher or wash it under running water. Just wipe it clean with a damp cloth. Over time the surface of the cutting board may become scratched or dry. To remedy this, use the can of mineral oil/beeswax provided. With a small soft cloth, rub into the surface then buff off the residual. I hope this cutting board provides you with years of use.
