Close your eyes and feel the warmth on your skin. Smell the suntan lotion, and you can hear the sound of that little plane propelling itself up the coast.

They tout beach bands, bars, and crappy beer. On occasion a marriage proposal when thousands of beach goers holler ‘don’t do it’! But not this one. 

This one’s a friendly reminder from a song that tomorrow isn’t promised. 

The older we get, the more people we lose and the clearer we see missed opportunity. I love Lois Prima’s take and like the Special’s version but would love Southside Johnny to cover this.
